Credit Monitoring and Identity Theft Services

The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS PD) has established a multi-year Master Service Agreement (MSA) for Credit Monitoring and Identity Theft Services. The DGS PD makes this MSA available to all State of California and local governmental agencies.
 
The following services are provided within this MSA:

  • Notification Services
  • Call Center Support Services
  • Single-Bureau Credit Monitoring
  • Triple-Bureau Credit Monitoring

*Note: For transactions under $10,000, the fair and reasonable acquisition method may be utilized in lieu of this MSA. Please refer to State Contracting Manual, Volume 3, Topic 8, 5.8.0 through 5.8.4.
