The Department of General Services (DGS) is eliminating the Standard Forms Fulfillment (SFF) Program effective July 1, 2017. Accordingly, the annual statewide surcharge will be eliminated effective for FY 17/18.
Eliminating the program in July 2017 allows agencies time to make adjustments to any affected processes. For the most part, STD forms are already available onlie and can be printed as needed on office printers.
However, in instances where online printing is not preferred, practically feasible, or forms are not available electronically due to special construction such as envelopes, die cut or perforated cardstock, etc., agencies can initiate a custom print of any STD form from OSP to be directly shipped and charged.
If you have existing outstanding orders for Standard Forms, we are committed to backfilling them, In some instances, the author is requesting we do not fill backorders. If that is the case, the OSP fulfillment department will notify you via email.
