Frequently Asked Questions

Is it a cumbersome process to obtain video services?
No. Being a state agency, procuring our video & multimedia services is as easy as submitting a Std. 67 Publishing Order Form. Our team will walk you through our creative process to ensure your video & multimedia communications messages connect with your target audience.
Do larger projects require an RFP Process?
No. Procuring our services is simple. For longer and larger projects we recommend entering into an Interagency Agreement with us but all you need to do is submit a Std. 67 form and we can get started on your project within days.
Can you produce videos in High Definition?
Yes. We are equipped with professional, broadcast quality High Definition video gear. The same type of equipment used by television stations and production companies that produce programs and national commercials for advertising agencies. In addition we have well trained and experienced staff to capture the look and feel your video needs.
How much do you charge per video?
Each video has a unique set of needs and requirements. Our team will consult with you to determine the full scope of services required in order for us to generate a fair and reasonable cost estimate. We charge by the labor hour. Which means all equipment we own is included in the price and we only charge for the hours actually worked, unlike the private sector which typically charges by a day rate and for each item of equipment used.
