Modernization and Career Technical Education Facilities Funding

Modernization funding applications currently in house with the OPSC for submittal to the SAB for unfunded approval. Additionally, the list contains Career Technical Education (CTE) Facilities Program Modernization applications received by OPSC for the February 2018 Filing Round. The total number of projects currently exceed available bond authority and OPSC has not yet reviewed the total grants requested. Within each funding cycle, the CTE funding priority will be based on the numerical score for the applicant's CTE grant application, as determined by the CDE and the locale of each project. Placement on this list does not guarantee funding.

New Construction and Career Technical Education Facilities Funding

New construction funding applications currently in house with the OPSC for submittal to the SAB for unfunded approval. Additionally, the list contains Career Technical Education (CTE) Facilities Program New Construction applications received by OPSC for the February 2018 Filing Round. The total number of projects currently exceed available bond authority and OPSC has not yet reviewed the total grants requested. Within each funding cycle, the CTE funding priority will be based on the numerical score for the applicant's CTE grant application, as determined by the CDE and the locale of each project. Placement on this list does not guarantee funding.

Charter School Facilities Program Funding

Charter School Facilities Program (CSFP) applications received by OPSC for the June 2017 Filing Round. Pursuant to the SAB's February 2018 actions, OPSC will process these applications as authority is returned to the CSFP. The total number of projects currently exceed available bond authority and OPSC has not yet reviewed the total grants requested. The CSFP funds projects using a preference points system and funding matrix, as provided for by Education Code Section 17078.56 and School Facility Program Regulation Sections 1859.164 and 1859.164.1; therefore, this list is not reflective of the actual funding order. Placement on this list does not guarantee funding.

Overcrowding Relief Grant Program Funding

Overcrowding Relief Grant (ORG) Program applications received by the OPSC for the July 2013 Filing Round. Pursuant to the SAB's August 2014 actions, the OPSC will process these applications as authority is returned to the ORG Program. The total number of projects currently exceed available bond authority and the OPSC has not yet reviewed the total grants requested. The ORG Program funds projects with the highest pupil population density first; therefore, this list is not reflective of the actual funding order. Placement on this list does not guarantee funding.

Emergency Repair Program

Emergency Repair Program funding applications currently in house with the OPSC for submittal to the SAB. The workload lists also show applications that have been funded and those on the current unfunded list.
