Under the Leroy F. Greene School Facilities Act of 1998, Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) serves as the State Allocation Board’s administrative arm to verify a project funded through the School Facility Program (SFP) progresses in a timely manner, applicable state laws were followed, and expenditures made by school districts comply with the Education Code and SFP Regulations. This verification is done through OPSC’s SFP Compliance Reviews. For your use, below are links to documents that can be used with the goal of a successful project review.
