The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) administers the State Fleet Card Contract and Program. The State Fleet Card Contract and Program enables State of California and local government agencies to pay for fuel and emergency services associated with government vehicles.
All OFAM Voyager cards will expire on April 30, 2017. New cards will be issued to Fleet Card Coordinators for processing and distribution to drivers prior to the expiration date. If you do not receive your new card(s) by April 1, 2017, or if you have questions regarding the process, please contact your Fleet Card Coordinator. Agency Fleet Card Coordinator List (PDF).
July 27, 2016 – Notice of New Fleet Card Program Agreement – U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) has entered into an agreement with the State of California to continue providing fleet card services through the new State of California Participating Addendum No. 7-16-99-27 (PDF). The Fleet Card Program will be governed by this new Agreement effective November 1, 2016. Your current Voyager cards will continue to function without interruption.

To participate in the Voyager Fuel Card Program, State of California agencies and local governmental agencies (e.g. cities, counties, special districts, school districts, etc.) must be enrolled.

Each agency is responsible for the establishment and management of its own Voyager Fuel Card Program. However, the following policies and procedures must be implemented by all state agencies who participate in the State Fleet Card Program.

The State Fleet Card (Voyager) is presently administered by U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) and is accepted at over 10,500 retail locations throughout California.
