Welcome to the Fleet Services Call Center

The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) centralized its fleet management to Sacramento. In an effort to address issues previously handled by our ancillary garages located in Los Angeles, Fresno, Oakland, and San Diego, the OFAM has established a new Call Center to provide statewide customer service and instruction to our leased vehicle customers. If you have questions regarding repair, maintenance, or emergency services for a DGS leased vehicle, please contact a Call Center representative via one of the following methods:

The Call Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is located at 1416 10th Street in the Sacramento State Garage (driving directions).

Vehicle Leasing Information

State employees located outside of the Sacramento area that require a daily rental vehicle for State business purposes should contact their department Travel Program Coordinator for their department's procedures for car rentals via Enterprise Rent-A-Car. All rental fees will be the responsibility of the leasing department.

State employees in the Sacramento area may continue to rent daily vehicles at the Sacramento State Garage by using the on-line reservation system or by calling the Dispatch office at 916.657.2327.
