All OFAM Voyager cards will expire on April 30, 2017. New cards will be issued to Fleet Card Coordinators for processing and distribution to drivers prior to the expiration date. If you do not receive your new card(s) by April 1, 2017, or if you have questions regarding the process, please contact your Agency Fleet Card Coordinator List (PDF)

The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of State Publishing (OSP) has issued Management Memo (MM) 16-07 Zero-Emission Vehicle Purchasing and Electric Vehicle Service Equipment Infrastructure Requirements (PDF) on December 2, 2016.

U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) has entered into an agreement with the State of California to continue providing fleet card services through the new State of California Participating Addendum No. 7-16-99-27 (PDF). The Fleet Card (Voyager) Program will be governed by this new Agreement effective November 1, 2016.
Agencies currently participating in the Voyager Program will continue to receive card services under the new agreement with U.S. Bank without interruption. All card accounts will automatically transfer to the new agreement on the effective date. All associated cards will remain active and will not require replacement.

Effective immediately, the Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) can no longer accept American Express (AMEX) as a payment method. This action affects the following:
These restriction must be adhered to until OFAM has a valid payment mechanism in place for AMEX. Notification will be sent once the merchant acceptance agreement is available.
