About Teacher Reduction in Force Proceedings

Each year, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) conducts teacher reduction in force proceedings for school districts during a six-week period beginning in late March. OAH anticipates a large number of reduction in force proceedings this year, and is providing procedures, forms and information to make the process more efficient and easier for all parties.
