The Office of Administrative Hearings’ (OAH) Special Education Division is happy to announce that we are now offering email service for courtesy copies. This means that parties now have the option to accept official document service from OAH either via fax or U.S. Mail with a courtesy copy to their provided email address.
In order to participate, parties should submit a completed Consent to Electronic Service Agreement, in which parties have the option to participate in electronic service for all cases or specific cases (this designation is indicated on the agreement). We encourage you to submit your filings that meet the electronic filing guidelines via email to SEFilings@dgs.ca.gov.
