Office of Administrative Hearings Programs and Services

The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is a quasi-judicial tribunal that hears administrative disputes. OAH is divided into two, statewide divisions: General Jurisdiction Division and the Special Education Division.

The Director of OAH was served with AG Opinion 14-101 on 9/28/2017

The Director of the Office of Administrative Hearings was served with Attorney General Opinion 14-101 on September 28, 2017.  A formal opinion was requested by OAH on the issues addressed in the opinion in 2013.  OAH is currently reviewing the Attorney General’s opinion and its impact on the OAH administrative hearing process.
