DSA Project Inspector Certification is valid for four years. The inspector may renew his/her certification for an additional four year term by meeting the requirements of the Re-Certification Program as described in this document. There are two steps to the Recertification process.
- In addition to completing the Recertification, inspectors must complete the two-day DSA Project Inspector Overview Class. Information is available at DSA Academy-Class Schedule and Registration. Classes listed on the DSA Academy website are the only classes sanctioned by the DSA.
- You must take your Recertification and Project Inspector Overview PRIOR to your expiration date. No extensions will be given to expired certifications or to certifications getting ready to expire prior to a class. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Classes fill quickly; apply early.
