DSA Project Submittal Planning

Submitting projects to DSA requires thorough planning since many factors have an effect, such as DSA jurisdiction, scope of construction work being planned, etc.

Please note that other state agencies provide services related to site acquisition, environmental reviews, funding, and other issues.
