Ethics Training - DGS Employees Only

ETHICS TRAINING:

The Office of Legal Services (OLS) has the responsibility for coordinating the scheduling, training and tracking of the mandatory Ethics Training taken by the Department of General Services’ employees.

Employees subject to filing Form 700, Statement of Economic Interests, are required to attend Ethics Training every two years (See Government Code section 11146 and Administrative Order 05-06 located for reference at http://msd.dgs.ca.gov/ao.htm).

2012 Training Dates:

 Tuesday, March 13
 Tuesday, May 15
 Tuesday, September 11
 Thursday, November 15

Time:  8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Location:  Ziggurat Auditorium, First Floor, 707 3rd Street, West Sacramento.

  • All registration and communication regarding the Ethics Training must be coordinated through your office Training Coordinator.
  • Complete the Ethics Training Registration form (one student per form). 
  • Fax to OLS at (916) 376-5088 or mail to Department of General Services, Office of Legal Services, 707 3rd Street, Suite 7-330, MS-102, West Sacramento, CA  95605.
  • Registration forms must be received one week prior to class date.
  • OLS will fax Registration Confirmation to Division/Office Training Coordinators.
  • Certificates will be distributed at the end of the class.
