Office of Public School Construction Helps Break Ground for New School in SoCal

The Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) took part in a groundbreaking ceremony today for the new Dr. Mildred Dalton Henry Elementary School in San Bernardino. The project will provide 564 San Bernardino City Unified School District students a place to learn, while the construction of the school will bolster the local economy through the purchase of materials and hiring a workforce for construction.

OPSC, on behalf of the Department of General Services and the State Allocation Board, implements and administers a $35 billion voter-approved school facilities construction program.
