Governor's Appointee Joins the State Allocation Board

Cesar Diaz, 35, of Sacramento, has been appointed to the State Allocation Board. (The Department of General Services' Office of Public School Construction serves as staff to the State Allocation Board). Diaz has served as legislative director for the State Building and Construction Trades Council of California since 2010, where he served as deputy legislative director from 2006 to 2010. He was a policy consultant and senior advisor for Lieutenant Governor Cruz Bustamante from 2002 to 2006.
