The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is a quasi-judicial tribunal that hears administrative disputes. OAH is divided into two, statewide divisions: General Jurisdiction Division and the Special Education Division.

It is a criminal offense to threaten a public official which includes administrative law judges and the staff at the Office of Administrative Hearings (Pen. Code, § 71.) Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
